Participants will:

  1. have an understanding of how they relate to systems of power and the effects of power in their communities, their lives, and their choices for their futures.
  2. develop a community action plan that relates to an alternative outcome based on what they learned.
  3. further develop their plans with the opportunity to receive sponsorship toward building their project.
